What may look broken to you
may be breakthrough for me

If you know me, you’ll see

my dance is pure
my heart is holy
my walk is upright

I have integrity
and know my created value

What may look broken to you
may be breakthrough for me

When Jesus rose from the grave
breakthrough happened

It’s all about seeing that

believing that
knowing that
walking in that

Truth

“Seasons of Heaven”

crawling out of darkness
smoke had filled the air
clearing away
revealing vision
clearer than before

kneeling
discovering
standing
walking

to a place that looks different

with familiar faces
that acquainted before
but become closer
in the picture of life

uniting
swaying
supporting
growing

when seasons change
the weather blends
to create an atmosphere
that matches the season
until Jesus

promises
hope
Peace
understanding

Jesus living
creates an atmosphere of heaven
in every season
every circumstance
every moment

breakthrough
believing
receiving
victory

of standing tall
with smoke underneath
breathing with ease
sleeping in rest
seeing with clarity

“Take a Bow”

they filed through the door
no one looked familiar

one by one
they filed through the door
none were my friends

one
by
one

no one

the performance had started
maybe they were in the back
kneeling down behind a tree

walking through the space
no one looked familiar
smiling at strangers

no one

the final piece
flowed together
like a forest

we all joined hands
and bowed together
friends and family surrounding dancers

and there I stood
alone

no one came

Growth

a lifetime of change
a lifetime of seasons

standing tall
in the middle of it all

rising in the Son
dancing in the wind
withstanding darkness
