No Partiality

No Partiality

Yesterday, as I was listening to a teaching, the pastor spoke of loving equally. I was convicted, so much so that I paused the teaching to go spend time with God about it in His word with tears in my eyes. I KNEW I didn’t love equally but started praying for God to show me how.

Many of you may be thinking, “”I” love equally.”” Let’s see! Continue reading

Abandoned Heart

Many times, God will reveal to me insight on what to write about before the morning comes. This time, I sat in His Presence and waited for His direction.

Last night, after the workshop and a visit with a friend, a very close friend of mine had an emergency and needed to be picked up from a motel. I didn’t hesitate at all and barely broke any speed limit laws to get there.

I’m not sure if anyone in our group wants to be named, so I’ll leave their names out, but after talking to this young man named Michael, I KNEW God wanted me to write about him, so I asked for his permission, and he said, “Yes.”

[Michael, if you’re reading this, I love you; we all love you; you’re an amazing young man; you’re not just an acquaintance; you’re our friend, so keep in touch; God has amazing plans for you!!] Continue reading

ONE Love Language

The other day, I was standing in the kitchen, and I had a thought, “What about the ‘5 Love Languages’ concept?'” Right away, I knew it was from God, so I thought the the thought through, and listened. Within moments, I went into the living room to talk with Carolyn. Continue reading
