Keys of Royalty

Talk about revelation-overload! Over the past few days, God has been teaching me a lot, and all of it has been good, but this will be about “one” of the things He taught me, but there’ll be more to come.

On Tuesday, we arrived at our hotel (Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa), which was attached to Disney California Adventure Park. Scott had picked this one in particular because they offered the purchase of massages, facials, etc., and the other hotels didn’t. [Yes, I was at Disneyland for three days, and during my stay, I was blessed with an hour long Swedish massage and an hour long facial that, supposedly, made me look younger.] Right off the bat, God was teaching me. Divine Friendship

Yesterday was a busy day: emergency room in the morning, lunch in the park with Lee, caring for Nathan, and meeting a friend at UTC mall to catch up a little, but little did we know, our catching up had a purpose in heaven, and the encounter must’ve scared the enemy back to hell.

When we searched for a place to sit, the only shaded area was next to a woman, who was about to leave, so we sat next to her (thinking we were taking her spot) and ended up getting to know her for over two hours. It was amazing! Continue reading

In that moment, I spoke to my soul out loud and told it to submit to my spirit, and I told my body to submit to my soul. Then, I told my spirit to listen to the voice of God’s Holy Spirit, and I blessed my spirit with purity, righteousness, holiness, and, in an instant, the arousal went away. Is it that easy? Yes! Kingdom Identity

Yesterday, Nathan had picture day at school and wanted to color his mo-hawk with some gold spray. Carolyn helped him with it, and by the time they were done, it looked really cool, but wouldn’t you know it…kids made fun of him.

After football practice, he was telling me how almost all the kids made fun of him…laughing at him, saying he had “blonde” hair. We started talking about the cruelty of kids and how they tease. Continue reading

Every Body Sings

Yesterday, Kyle took me to the symphony. I was honored: honored to be thought of, honored to be asked, honored to be with him. In talking with a volunteer, I learned that the theater has been there since 1928; the hotel and lobby have been built around it. It was beautiful, and the music played was outstanding.

During the concert, as I watched each artist, I noticed their body movement. Not only did they play the notes but also moved their bodies with the music differently. Continue reading
