Last night, the team that’s going to the porn convention next week gathered at my house to pack every gift that will be given out. Trust me: it’s a lot of work, but it’s so worth it because we know who they’re going to and we know Who they’re from, and through the packing wells excitement.
At the porn convention, we don’t see what’s barely there in the flesh; we see what’s lost in the spirit, and we take back the territory the enemy stole. We won’t focus on the demons who run it. We’ll focus on the One who loves them through it: Jesus. Continue reading
Last year, God called me to the front to lead JC’s Girls at the Rock. At first, I thought I was the last person He would choose. Throughout my years there, I never felt girly enough, felt like I didn’t have the right clothes, that I didn’t have the right stuff. Every year, JC’s Girls at the Rock go to the porn convention in Los Angeles to set up a booth, pray for people, hand out bibles, and let everyone know that God loves them right where they’re at. When I realized that God loved me just as much on the abortion tables as He does right now, I was blown away, so we want to blow people away with God’s precious Love and watch Him melt the hearts of the lost. I lead a ministry at the Rock Church in San Diego called “JC’s Girls,” and we go to strip clubs and porn conventions and love on the ladies, and beyond that, we live our lives through God’s heart. Every day…reaching out.
What Our Ministry is About
As a leader, I’ve been loved, supported, prayed for, judged, talked about, challenged…there’s probably more, but thank God…I only care what He thinks, so I’m going to pour out my heart for a moment.
