As I was sitting in this workshop, which was amazing, she began to talk about vision. In discussing it, she asked if our vision was just to pay the bills. Um…guilty.

For these last few months, that’s ALL I could see. If I wrote down on paper all the bills I’ve had and all the money that’s come in, you’d ask, “Laura, how are you making it?” My response would’ve been, “God,” and I’d move on, until yesterday.

As soon as she talked about shifting your vision, I imagined women (and men) ten, twenty, thirty years down the line, talking about the freedom they experienced through worshiping with flags…around the world! When I saw that, rent didn’t matter, gas didn’t matter, utility bills didn’t matter. There’s a much bigger vision here, and I fell right into it.

The night before, I had a woman in my home who used to prostitute. She told me that she’d been at a church and picked up one of the flags I’d made and that the moment she began to worship with it, she felt free. I told her I’d show her how to be that free everywhere she goes, which broadens the vision.

You see, the flags won’t come without teaching. Through social media, workshops, books, videos, I’ll be explaining about the flags, about the freedom, about discovering intimacy with Him. I’ll point them in the directions I’ve gone and support them through their journey. With all of that, I’ll need help.

Sometime next year, I’ll be hiring on a team to help fulfill this vision. As it is now, I don’t have a lot of time to even focus on the devotional. Although, after yesterday, my time management has changed, and I felt a stronger self discipline arise. Oh, and we’ll need to get the clothing line started, as well.
