some people say
you haven’t arrived
what does that mean
my destination?
some I’ve arrived at
some are still far away
but when they say
you haven’t arrived
what does that mean

God says I’m complete
in Jesus
He says the fullness of the GodHead
dwells in Him
Who dwells in me
I’m complete
the Head above every principality
and power
lives in me

having been freed from
sin
not controlling me any longer
having been freed from
death
not haunting me any longer
having been freed from
self
not needing gratification

there’s so much freedom
in the bible
so much Truth
to grab hold of
and walk away with
never being deceived
by what “sounds” right
only taking in
what the Father says is true
