Okay, so, I like words and definitions, and almost every day, I look up at least one word, and when I find out the meaning, a deeper revelation comes about what I’d been searching. Well, tonight, I looked up the word “family” and began to cry.
family:: a group consisting of parents and children living together in a household.
If you know me and know what I’m going through, you’ll know why I cried. [We leave in the morning.]
If you don’t know what I’m going through, don’t worry about it because there’s too much to explain.

Hi, Laura Lee. I’m just writing to let you know I’m thinking about you. It’s okay to cry and express your grief. Jewish religion provides for just this when we mourn. But please realize this is a transient occurence and there is nothing of finality in a life-ward progression forward. Perhaps undiscovered doors for better things have been set in motion — one can never be sure. So, there is lots where hope can dwell at, here, Laura Lee, and I just wanted to let you know that I recognize your hardships and dilemmas and hope for your family that G-d will guide your steps.

Thanks, Randy! Yeah, he’s back in San Diego now. Yesterday was my first day without him here, but the girls and I still laughed. Life goes on!
